- Managed, engineered or supervised some 1500 vertical and directional wells and 35 to 40 horizontal wells throughout Western Canada, 
- Selected to be a committee member of CAPP’s Drilling and Completion Committee for wellsite supervisor competency which led to the development of IRP#7. 
- Selected to be a member of PSAC’s committee on competency for wellsite supervisors. Assessment strategy and development of competency assessment. 
-  Introduced advanced cementing technology for Numac Energy Inc./Westcoast Petroleum Ltd. for improved cement integrity particularly in Southern Alberta.  Technology included centralizer spacing, preflushes, displacement velocities, and technology relative to cement squeezes. 
- Introduced procedures such as balanced cement plugs & diesel gel plugs to overcome severe loss circulation and partial loss circulation, particularly in B.C. 
-  Introduced practical drilling fluids technology to overcome hole stability problems that has resulted in pacesetter wells. 
- Engineered and drilled pacesetter wells in Central, Northwestern Alberta and BC. 
- Engineered  or managed numerous completion, work over and abandonment projects
